梅豔芳是香港樂壇的經典人物，自小踏足娛樂圈，才牙牙學語，她便以歌唱來賺錢養家，一直渴望能夠唱出一首自己的歌. 終於，她成功在新秀歌唱奪魁，從此平步青雲，一桶金, 兩桶金不斷的湧到面前來.
本是豪情萬分的她，從來就不與別人計較. 筆者還記得每次在的士高與她碰面，她總會問: [你想飲乜野呀！] 明明已有汽水在手，Anita 仍很客氣地請待應送上飲品；若她見到同行的朋友，更會先為他人結帳. 重要的不是一杯汽水, 啤酒，或果汁的價值，而是她懂得照顧別人的心.
圈中好支持個唱
[你怎麼這樣客氣？我們AA制好了！] 她便說：[大家高興就好囉，冇乜所謂呀，大家飲杯！]娛樂圈有一怪現象 ---有大食大，坦白說，偶一為之亦未必嘗不可，但眼見有些人似習以為常，筆者真看不過眼.
日子久了，大家經濟都好多了，可是留在梅姐身邊的朋友，對她還是那麼好那麼尊重. 她的朋友極多，草蜢的蘇志威, 蔡一智, 徒弟阿韻詩, 好友張國榮, 方力申, 鄧健泓, 許志安, 劉德華......等等都在[梅豔芳極夢幻演唱會]上落力演出及義無反顧地大力宣傳, 但他們十多年的友誼卻不是由酒水開始，而是內藏歷久不衰真摯的友情，那純郁芬芳更是歷久不散.
做好本分最重要
[我真的並沒有怎麼幫助新人，只不過只從旁提點下，我能答便答，能夠做便做，我都希望大家好！] 資深的前輩只要在新人面前打氣鼓勵一下，大家都受惠了.曾是新人的她並沒有全情去享受三千寵愛在一身的時刻，在她口中常說：[最緊要唱好的歌，做好自己本分.]金科玉律永遠受用.
唱出單身女人心聲
近日，各大電台都把[單身女人]一曲不斷送到大電氣波去，鮮與女歌手合唱的阿梅與鄭秀文竟然有意想不到的效果. 感人的歌聲繞樑三日，配上精煉到肉的歌詞，身邊多位單身女友都爭先恐後地在買Anita這張與多位好朋友合作的新碟. Anita 就有著大都市女性的心情，還是單身的她真能唱出那種心情與遭遇呢！
但與此同時，Anita的百變形象也是男性支持者模仿的目標，[把冰山劈開]，[壞女孩], [似水流年]........他們暗地明裹的妖媚風情，雖然唱功有限，但也將人引進另一個色彩世界去. 而小朋友也會模仿她唱[IQ 博士]，那卡通化的聲調，天賦渾圓的歌喉，深深印進腦海之中.
長跑靠實力
在互聯網上，網友寫著[.......音樂旖妮，動作挑逗，烈焰紅唇下，是渴求慰藉的芳心，.......心債償還不了，約會未曾完成. 誰是那個伴我走下去的有心人？] 演唱會上，Anita 最後以 一曲[歌之女]圓滿結束這次二十周年紀念表演. 歌手的落力，歌迷的熱情，構成令人感動的晚上. 明月裝飾了她的窗子；她裝飾了別人的夢. 樂壇長跑靠實力，屹立樂壇二十個年頭，Anita 已證明一切了.

Anita Mui is a classic artist of Hong Kong music industry. For making a living for herself and her family, she started her singing career when she just knew how to talk. Always wanted to sing a song of her own, she won the New Singers Contest. Ever since her career blossomed, that in turn brings her reputation and prosperity .
She is a very generous person. I remember that whenever I meet her in discotheques, she would always ask: [Care for anything to drink?] She is always so nice. If she sees friends eating in the same restaurant, she will always pay for them. It is not the value of a drink that matters, but how she cares about people around her that is impressive.
[You are just too nice, we just go AA!] She would say: [Doesn't matter, the most important is to be happy. Cheers!] In the entertainment circle, it is a custom that the artist with highest reputation pays. If it is occasional, it is Okay, but it is not so nice to make a habit to live on others. However, there are such people.
Gradually all people are getting more financially established, but they remain to be Mui Zhai's friends, and respect her just the same. She has so many friends such as Soo Chi Wai, Calvin Choy, her student Denise Ho, good friend Leslei Cheung, Fong Lik Sun, Tan Kin Won, Andy Hui, Andy Lau and etc. They all helped in her [Anita Mui Fantasy Gig 2002 Concert]. Such friendship of more than 10 years is not just over a cup of wine, but true and sincere and will last forever.
[I really haven't helped the new artists too much, but do give them advice whenever they need. I really hope everybody well.] Encouragement from an experienced artist definitely means a lot to new artists! With present status and reputation, she still always says: [I must try my best and sing every song good.] A motto to all artists.
Recently, all radio stations are broadcasting the song [Single Woman]. It is a duet of Ah Mui and Sammi Cheng. Though she sings seldom in duet with another female artist, the result is unexpectedly good. It is a song of beautiful voices, good melody and lyrics. Several single women around me all rush to buy this album of Anita. Being a city girl, and still single, she sings out the feeling and situation of all single girls.
At the same time, her male supporters like her ever changing images too. They are trying hard to sing her [Chiang Bin Shan Pik Hei], [Bad girl], [Chi Shui Lau Yee].......try to be sexy, though limited by their singing technique, still can bring people to an imaginary colorful world. Even kids like to mimic her singing [IQ doctor], her rich voice, in a cartoon tone, is hard to forget.
From the internet, a fan wrote: [..... good music, sexy movement, hot lips, longing for love..........a wish (Sum Chai) has not been fulfilled, and appointment (Yuke Wai) has not been finished, who is the caring one (You Sum Yam) that will accompany me for the rest of my life ?] During the concert, Anita finished this 20th anniversary memorial concert with her [Gor Chi Lui]. The excellent performance and hard work of the entertainer, the passion of the fans, made it a touching evening. The moon enriches the scene from her window, she enriches the dream of others. Only with true talent, an artist can last in the music industry for so long, and remain there with such a high status for 20 years, Anita has already proved this to us all!
